Are all stocks up to date?

Yes. “Out of Stock” will be displayed if any particular product is out of stock. In the event of the stock is unavailable, buyer will be contacted by our customer service as soon as possible.

What are the courier service used for order delivery?

When will i receive my order?
All orders will be shipped out on the next working day.

Peninsular Malaysia: 1 – 3 days
Sabah/Sarawak: 3 – 6 days
 
Our working days: Sunday – Thursday
How do i exchange for another size?

We will help to arrange for the exchange from there. Please contact us within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) from the received date. We will not entertain request for exchange for any orders received for more than 7 days.
 
Request to change the product(s) with another colour will not be entertained.

The tracking number will be included together with the email update once the orders had been collected by Poslaju courier from our premise.
